2025 Members meeting
Members attended the first meeting to hear about the upcoming plans for the year. Events and activities were shared by our volunteer leads.
Members stayed for the happy hour to share stories and to celebrate the beginning of the new year of activities.
Day trip - Sir Sams Inn Lunch and Waterspa
Lunch and Water spa were enjoyed by all. Ladies enjoyed a delicious lunch and then relaxed in the warm water.
Murder Mystery Event 1920’s
It was a full house to find out who was the killer. Members dressed up to match their assigned character. The outfits were amazing and people played their role for the murder mystery.
5 o’clock somewhere Happy Hours
The clubhouse was sporting peoples summer attire on this winter afternoon.
We enjoyed the great music and the many fun games.
Happy Hours
Monthly happy hours bring members together.
Stories are told, new members are welcomed and new ideas are shared.
Summer Happy Hours
Members enjoyed the beach outing to celebrate the end of the summer. Great weather, great friends, great stories.
Pancake Breakfast
Our Annual Fundraiser Pancake Breakfast was a great success. Folks around the county enjoyed delicious pancakes, sausages and maple syrup.
Families also visited the many vendors displaying their products and enjoyed the delicious pancake breakfast.
Cornhole Tournament Event
Another fun cornhole event was enjoyed by all.
We are all staying fit.
Annual General Meeting - Pig Roast / Octoberfest
We had a full house at the AGM (Annual General Meeting). 5 new members were voted in to join the Executive Team for next year. This is GREAT NEWS!
Octoberfest Event
The Octoberfest theme was enjoyed by many folks, sporting their Dirndl and Lederhosen.
Ladies Crafts and Social
Members were focused on learning different painting techniques.
Harvest Lunch
The Wednesday Ladies enjoyed a lunch celebrating the harvest times. Many delicious soups, sandwiches, and goodies were enjoyed.
Weekly Darts
Friday Darts drop-in is continuing to be a popular activity at our clubhouse. Appetizers are shared and favourite games are played.
Ladies Crafts and Social
Another fun project - A seaglass Christmas Tree
Ladies were gluing sea glass onto a styrofoam cone.
Team Trivia
A new idea was enjoyed by many people. The competition was fun. We are all so smart!
Christmas Party
Lots of stories were shared while enjoying great food. Christmas season is the time to celebrate and be thankful for our FIRA Clubhouse.
